WebSite Complete does offer a Final Checklist under the Tools menu, which will check for obvious omissions, such as leftover default images or text, and completed information such as keywords for search engine registration. You can also find the Final Checklist by clicking on the Final Steps tab in the development window.
In the end, however, that question is something that really only you can answer.
