Launch a Live Chat Session

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Servers.
  3. Next to the server you want to use, click Launch.
  4. Click Live Chat.

Create a Trouble Ticket

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Servers.
  3. Next to the server you want to use, click Launch.
  4. Under Support, click Trouble Ticket. The Trouble Ticket Wizard displays.
  5. Enter your contact information, including an email address and phone number.
  6. Enter a summary and a detailed description of your issue under Trouble Ticket Description.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Review your trouble ticket information and click Submit.
