Renewing Your Domain Name

If you do not set your domain to automatically renew, you must manually renew it through the Domain Manager. You can also manually renew your domain to extend the length of your domain's registration.

To Renew Your Domain Name

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
  3. Use the checkbox(es) to select the domain name(s) you want to modify.
  4. From the Renew menu, select Renew Domain.
  5. From the Renewal length list, select the length of time for which you want to renew your domain.
  6. If the Add Auto-Renew option displays, in the Renewal setting area, select one of the following:
    Auto-Renew
    Your domain automatically renews.
    Manual
    You must manually renew your domain.
  7. If the ConsoliDate option displays and you want to consolidate your renewal dates, select ConsoliDate the renewal date..., and then click Next.
  8. If you selected to consolidate renewal dates, select the month and day on which you want them to renew, and if you read and agree to the ConsoliDate terms and conditions, select I agree to the terms..., and then click Next.
  9. If you want to accept one of the offers that displays, select the option and click Next.
  10. If you accepted a privacy offer, specify whether you want to use a new or existing account and complete the fields as necessary. For more information about adding privacy, see Adding Privacy to Your Domains
  11. Click Next.
  12. Continue through the checkout process.
