Updating Password Settings with Your Workspace Login

Here's the Lowdown: You can easily update password settings for Workspace add-ons associated with your Workspace Login. Make sure you update password settings on your email clients for POP and IMAP accounts if your Workspace Login password is different from your existing email password.

If you have add-ons installed, you may need to update password settings for one or more of the following:

Updating Password Settings for Desktop Notifier

  1. Double-click the Web-Based Email icon on your Desktop to launch the Desktop Notifier menu.
  2. Under the Actions menu, click Settings.
  3. In the Password field, enter your Workspace Login password.
  4. Click OK.

Updating Password Settings for Calendar Desktop Tools

  1. Double-click the Calendar Desktop Tools icon on your Desktop to launch the Calendar Desktop Tools menu.
  2. Under the Actions menu, click Settings.
  3. In the Password field, enter your Workspace Login password.
  4. Click OK.

Updating Password Settings for Your File Backup Tool

  1. Double-click the File Backup Tool icon on your Desktop to launch the File Backup Tool menu.
  2. Under the Actions menu, click Settings.
  3. In the Password field, enter your Workspace Login password.
  4. Click OK.

Updating Password Settings for Your Sync Tool

  1. Double-click the Sync Tool icon on your Desktop to launch the Sync Tool menu.
  2. Under the Actions menu, click Settings.
  3. In the Password field, enter your Workspace Login password.
  4. Click OK.

Updating Password Settings for Your File Editing Tool

  1. Double-click the File Editing Tool icon on your Desktop to launch the File Editing Tool menu.
  2. Under the Actions menu, click Settings.
  3. In the Password field, enter your Workspace Login password.
  4. Click OK.
