Updating Password Settings with Your Workspace Desktop

If you have Workspace Desktop add-ons installed, you might need to update password settings for one or more of the following:

Updating Password Settings for Workspace Desktop Email Notifier

  1. Click Start, and then click All Programs.
  2. Click Workspace, and then click Desktop Tools.
  3. Click Email, and then locate the email address you want to update the password for and click Edit.
  4. In the Password field, enter your Web-Based Email password.
  5. Click OK.

Updating Password Settings for Your Online File Folder Backups and Drive Map

  1. Click Start, and then click All Programs.
  2. Click Workspace, and then click Desktop Tools.
  3. Click Online File Folder, and then click Login.
  4. In the Workspace/Online File Folder password field, enter your Online File Folder password.
  5. Click Connect.
