Launch a Live Chat Session

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the My Products section, select Servers.
  3. Click Launch Manager next to the virtual dedicated/dedicated server account that you would like to manage.
  4. The Virtual Dedicated/Dedicated Hosting Manager opens in a new window.
  5. Click on the Live Chat hyperlink.

Create a Trouble Ticket

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the My Products section, select Servers.
  3. Click Launch Manager next to the virtual dedicated/dedicated server account that you would like to manage.
  4. The Virtual Dedicated/Dedicated Hosting Manager opens in a new window.
  5. Under Support, click Trouble Ticket. The Trouble Ticket Wizard displays.
  6. Enter your contact information, including an email address and phone number.
  7. Enter a summary and a detailed description of your issue under Trouble Ticket Description.
  8. Click Continue.
  9. Review your trouble ticket information and click Submit.
