As of Aug. 1, 2010 we have retired support for WebSite Complete. Existing documentation, however, remains available here for your reference. We recommend using WebSite Tonight® or Quick Shopping Cart® to replace WebSite Complete.
To resolve this publishing error, change your passive mode setting. This typically resolves the connection problem.
To Resolve a Publishing Error
- In the Publishing to the Internet window, open the advanced settings.
- Click on the Passive checkbox to change the mode.
- Click Done.
- Click OK to publish your site.
Note: With WebSite Complete, you can only publish to a hosting account that already has a WebSite Complete account on it. You can't publish to a new hosting account, or an account that has not previously contained WebSite Complete.
