Downloading New Templates for Website Complete
As of Aug. 1, 2010 we have retired support for WebSite Complete. Existing documentation, however, remains available here for your reference. We recommend using WebSite Tonight® or Quick Shopping Cart® to replace WebSite Complete.
If you initially downloaded WebSite Complete from within your account, you can use the instructions below to download additional templates to use with the application.
NOTE: the CD version contains all of the templates that are available for Website Complete.
- Open Website Complete.
- From the Tools menu, click Download Templates.
- Click on the button to connect to the Internet.
- Select the template pack you want to download.
NOTE: Each theme pack contains approximately 4-6 templates. There is no option to preview the theme packs.
- Try the FTP DOWNLOAD first for the template theme packs you want.
Once you click on the ftp download for the theme pack you want, you are prompted to save that theme pack. Select an easy to find location such as your desktop to save that download. When the download is complete, exit WebSite Complete and navigate to where you saved that download. Double click on the self-extracting file and follow the wizard to install that theme pack. Repeat the above steps until you have downloaded and installed all the theme packs you require.
If you have problems downloading using the FTP DOWNLOAD method, attempt the HTTP DOWNLOAD method instead while still using the steps above. If you cannot download the theme packs regardless of what method you use, or if you continue experiencing problems downloading WebSite Complete, we will gladly ship a CD version to you, for the cost of shipping.
Email your CD shipping request to us and remember to include the last four digits of the credit card used to purchase the download in your request to verify your identity. Also, let us know which shipping method you prefer based on the fees below:
