Installing Your SSL Certificate

Once signed and issued, you will receive an email message that allows you to download the certificate along with our intermediate certificates, all of which must be installed on your website.

NOTE: To install your certificate, you need the original private key, which was created when you first generated your Certificate Signing Request (CSR). If you cannot find this key, or it cannot be accessed, you need to re-key the certificate. For more information, see Re-key an SSL Certificate.
