Canceling a Pending Certificate Request

If you don't want to continue with a certificate request, you can cancel it before the request is approved. After canceling a request, the certificate credit is restored and you can re-use it.

To Cancel a Pending Certificate Request

1. Log into your Account Manager.
2. In the My Products section, select SSL Certificates.
3. On your Manage SSL Certificates page, click Manage Certificate next to the certificate name for which you want to cancel the request.
4. In the Filters list, click Pending Requests.
5. Click the certificate for which you want to cancel the request.
6. Click Cancel Request and follow any prompts.
