As per the rules outlined in The Domain Name Aftermarket (TDNAM) Universal Terms of Service, the domain seller is responsible for ensuring that a listed domain does not violate/infringe upon third-party trademarks. The Domain Name Aftermarket reserves the right to remove listings that are found to be in violation of the stated terms.
TDNAM allows listings for domains with the following top-level domains (TLDs):
- .com
- .net
- .org
- .biz
- .info
- .name
- .us
- .cc
- .tv
- .ws
- .de
- .am
- .fm
- .mobi
You can list domains registered with any registrar. You can list parked domains, but parking them is not a requirement for listing. You can also include Web site content that resides on the domain, which the buyer can use or discard after winning the domain.
