Per the rules outlined in the Go Daddy Auctions® Membership Agreement, the domain seller is responsible for ensuring that a listed domain name does not violate/infringe upon third-party trademarks. Go Daddy Auctions reserves the right to remove listings that are found to be in violation of the stated terms.

Go Daddy Auctions allows listings for the following top-level domains (TLDs):

  • .com
  • .net
  • .org
  • .biz
  • .info
  • .name
  • .us
  • .cc
  • .tv
  • .ws
  • .de
  • .am
  • .fm
  • .mobi
  • .ca
  • .bz
  • .com.bz
  • .net.bz
  • .me
  • .co
  • .es
  • .asia

You can list domain names registered with any registrar. You can list parked domain names, but parking them is not a requirement for listing. You can also include website content that resides on the domain name, which the buyer can use or discard after winning the domain name.
