Why am I getting the error 'This folder cannot be displayed' when I browse to the Web Folder for my Online File Folder?

If Windows cannot find the Web Folder you created for your Online File Folder®, log in to Online File Folder® and verify that the folder you are trying to view doesn't contain files with invalid characters. Online File Folder only supports UTF-8 characters.
