How Do I Add a Dedicated IP to my Shared Hosting Account?

To add a dedicated IP to your shared hosting account:

1. Purchase a Dedicated IP credit from our website.
2. Log in to your Account Manager.
3. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
4. Click the applicable hosting account.
5. In the Hosting Account Details section on the right, click Apply Dedicated IP Address.

NOTE: It may take 4-8 hours for .COM and .NET domains and 24-48 hours for all other domain extensions for the necessary DNS changes to your account to take effect. Your website will still be reachable while the DNS is being updated.
