Setting up a Domain in Parallels Plesk Panel

Using Parallels Plesk Panel, you can add a domain to your dedicated or virtual dedicated server. To add domain names, you will need to have a Parallels Plesk Panel license that allows you to create multiple domains.

To Add a New Domain in Parallels Plesk Panel

  1. Log in to Parallels Plesk Panel as admin.
  2. Select Domains.
  3. Click Create Domain.
  4. Select www.
  5. In the Domain name field, enter a the domain name you want to add (e.g., coolexample.com).
  6. Select the IP address to use for this domain name to use. If you only have one IP address, it displays.
  7. If you want to host the domain, select Web Site Hosting, complete the following fields from the Hosting settings section, and then click Finish:
    • Login — Enter an FTP user name.
    • Password and Confirm password — Enter an FTP password.
