CashParking automatically updates the name servers for imported domains and some defined sub-domains, including the email sub-domain, to the CashParking name servers. Because the email sub-domain accesses Web-Based Email, you can manually add the domain to CashParking. When you manually add the domain, CashParking updates the domain's name servers but not the sub-domain name servers. For more information, see Adding or Importing Domain Names into Your CashParking Account.
If you already parked the domain on CashParking, update the name servers to point to the default parked servers and then update the main A Record and undefined sub-domain A Records to point to the CashParking nameservers.
To Change Nameservers and A Records for a CashParking Domain
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- From the My Products section, select Domain Manager.
- Click the domain you want to edit.
- On the Domain Details page in the Nameservers section, click the Manage link.
- Select I want to park my domains, and then click OK twice.
