Do I retain all the non-Java hosting functionalities after I apply Java support?

A Java-enabled account supports both PHP and CGI. Jk2-2.0.4 is used to connect Apache 1.3 to Tomcat 5.0.27. Ruby on Rails and ColdFusion functionality is not supported, however.
NOTE: All hosting accounts purchased after 7/11/2011 do not support Java. Existing accounts with Java enabled are not affected by this update — unless you manually disable Java. Once disabled, there you cannot re-enable Java.
