Upgrading or Downgrading Your Email Account Plan

Here's the Lowdown: Our email plans can grow with you. Upgrade your email plan to include more email addresses or additional storage space.

To Upgrade Email Plans

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Email.
  3. Click on the email plan name, and then click the Upgrade/Downgrade Email Account hyperlink. The Account Details screen expands.
  4. To add additional disk space or addresses to your plan, complete the following:
    Additional Disk Space
    (Optional) select and specify the amount of additional storage space you want to add to your email plan.
    Additional Addresses
    (Optional) select and specify the number of additional email addresses you want to add to your email plan.

    NOTE: You can upgrade Unlimited plans to include a maximum of 510 email addresses per plan.

  5. Click Continue, and proceed through Checkout.

To Downgrade Email Plans

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Email.
  3. Click on the email plan name, and then click the Upgrade/Downgrade Email Account hyperlink. The Account Details screen expands.
  4. To remove disk space or addresses to your plan, complete the following:
    Additional Disk Space
    (Optional) select and specify the amount of additional storage space you want to include with your email plan.
    Additional Addresses
    (Optional) select and specify the number of additional email addresses you want to include with your email plan.
  5. Click Continue, and proceed through Checkout.
