Deleting Email Addresses from Your Account

You can delete the email address(es) you created in your Web-Based Email account(s). Deleting addresses does not delete or cancel your email account.

NOTE: When you delete an email address, you delete all of the messages remaining on the mail server for that account.

To Delete an Email Address

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email.
  3. In the Email Account list, click Launch next to the email account with the address(es) you want to delete.
  4. For the account(s) with the email address(es) you want to delete, click (Show addresses).
  5. In the Address column, select the email address(es) you want to delete, and then click Delete Selected.

    NOTE: To delete a single email address, in its row, click (Delete Email Address).

  6. Click OK.
