A catch-all email account is an address assigned to receive all messages addressed to an incorrect email address for a domain. When there is no catch-all account applied, email messages addressed to an incorrect address for a domain bounce back to the sender.
To Set Up a Catch-All Email account in the Email Control Center
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Email.
- On the Manage Email page, click Manage Account next to the account you want to change.
- Under the account name, click the email address you want to change. The Edit Mailbox page displays.
- In the Incoming Mail Settings area, select Make this mailbox a catchall account.
- Click OK.
