Adding Storage Space to Your Email Plan

You can purchase additional storage space for your email plan. Additional space is helpful if you have multiple email addresses for various departments or employees using the same email plan or one email address that receives a large number of email messages.
To Purchase Additional Storage Space for Your Email Plan
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Email.
- From your Email Account list, click the name of the email account you want to add storage space to.
- In the Account Details section, click Upgrade/Downgrade Email Account.
- If necessary, click Addons to expand the section.
- In the Additional Storage section, select Additional Storage, and then select the amount of storage space you want to add.
- Click Continue, and then proceed through the checkout process.
After purchasing additional storage space, you must add it to your email plan in the Email Control Center. For more information, see Applying Additional Disk Space to Email Addresses.
