Accessing Your Order History

You can view, print, and search your previous orders.

To Access Your Order History

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the My Account page, click Payments, and then click Order History.
  3. On the Order History page, you can do the following:
    • To view a receipt, click the receipt number.
    • To print a receipt, click Printable Version at the top of the receipt.
    • To search your receipts by product, select the product from the By Product Type list and click Go.
    • To search your receipts by domain name, enter the domain in the By Domain Name field and then click Go.
