Welcome to the New and Improved Account Manager
My Account
The new Account Manager page makes it easy to navigate our site and manage your products and services. With the newly designed layout, all of your navigation links are consistent on every page, so you can get to any page from anywhere within the Account Manager.
Welcome to the Account Manager
The first time you log in to the new Account Manager, you see the Welcome banner at the top of the page.
Follow the link to take the tour of the new and improved Account Manager. Select "Don't show me again" to hide this welcome message.
Accessing the Account Manager
To access the Account Manager (My Account), you must first log in.
To log in to your account, in the My Account section on the GoDaddy.com, Inc. site, enter your Customer number or Login name and Password, and then click Secure Login.
If you are already logged in, the log in fields do not display. In this case, click the My Account link.
Am I logged in?
When you are on the Account Manager page, there is a simple way to verify that you are logged in.
On the left side of the page, the top section should read "Welcome, Name!" In that section, your customer name and customer number display.
If this section is labeled "Log in to My Account" and shows the Secure Login fields, then you are not logged in.
Your Account Notifications
Account Notifications include important information regarding your account, including expiration notices for your products and services, notices if your credit card on file is expiring, notice of unused credits and in-store credits, as well as messages regarding pending changes or changes made to your customer account.
Account Manager Menus
The expandable menus on the left side of your Account Manager page make it easy to navigate through your account and manage your products and services. This side menu is constant on every page within the Account Manager.
My Products
The My Products section lists all products and services that you purchased or received as a promotional or free credit in your customer account. Click the links in the My Products section to access the manager page for each product or service that you have.
Free Products
The Free Products list was previously located in the All Products section of the Account Manager. We no longer display the All Products section. Therefore, you can find your list of free products in the My Products section.
My Account
The My Account section provides access to areas that allow you to manage your customer account. From this section you can see your account settings, credit card and payment information, order history, renewing items, available downloads, free ad credits, as well as other features and services.
Recommended Products
The Recommended Products section displays other products and services that you have not yet purchased that may complement the products and services you already own. For more information on how these products and services may benefit you, ask one of our sales and support representatives.
My Renewals
The My Renewals section is a quick look at and access to all of the products and services that you have coming due for renewal soon.
Product Management Pages
Your product management pages are virtually the same as they were before we redesigned the Account Manager. The only difference is that we made the new navigation menus constant on the left of all pages. You still have the same view of your accounts and credits.
New Look for Product Management Pages
For example, the Manage Email page lists your email accounts and credits as it always has. However, now you have easy access to other pages in your Account Manager using the navigation menus on the left.

The remaining areas on the Account Manager home page are made up of various "pods." Our pods contain small tools or views into other applications that you will find easy to use and helpful when managing your account and navigating the world of the Internet.
