Sharing and Unsharing Content Blocks with WebSite Tonight

WebSite Tonight® lets you share any Content block, placing the same content on multiple pages or in multiple locations throughout your website. Any changes you make to the content in a shared block will affect the blocks linked to it.

To Share or Add Shared Content to a Content Block

  1. Log in to your WebSite Tonight account.
  2. From the Design menu, click Page Designer.
  3. From the Page list, select the page containing the block you want to share.
  4. Click on the block you want to share.
  5. From Options, click Share.
    • Share Block lets you create a new shared content block. In the Name field, enter a name for your shared content block and click Create Shared Content.
    • Select Shared Block lets you insert shared content into the selected block. In the Content list, select the name of the content you want to insert and click Insert Shared Content.
  6. Click OK.

To Unshare a Content Block

  1. Log in to your WebSite Tonight account.
  2. From the Design menu, click Page Designer.
  3. From the Page list, select the page containing the block you want to share.
  4. Click on the block you want to share.
  5. From Options, click Unshare Content.
