Adding and Modifying Event Calendar Events in WebSite Tonight

You can add, modify, and remove events from your Event Calendar.

To Add an Event in Event Calendar

  1. Log in to your WebSite Tonight account.
  2. Select Launch Page Designer from the Design menu.
  3. If necessary, from the You are editing list, select the page that contains the Event Calendar you want to edit.
  4. Double-click the Event Calendar to edit it.
  5. Click Add Event to create a new event.
  6. Complete the form for your event keeping the following in mind:
    • You can use the formatting bar to apply bold, italics, underline, switch colors, and insert a hyperlink
    • You can tag your event. Tags apply a color to the event and insert a color-coded label below the Event Calendar. Add a new tag by clicking Add. Add an existing tag by selecting it from the Select Tag field and then clicking Add.

      TIP: You might use a tag to show that events are taking place at different locations.
  7. Click OK.

To Modify an Event in Event Calendar

  1. Log in to your WebSite Tonight account.
  2. Select Launch Page Designer from the Design menu.
  3. If necessary, from the You are editing list, select the page that contains the Event Calendar you want to edit.
  4. Double-click the Event Calendar.
  5. Double-click the event you want to modify.
  6. When finished modifying the event, click OK.
  7. If you need to modify another event, follow the same steps, if not, clickOK.

To Remove an Event from Event Calendar

  1. Log in to your WebSite Tonight account.
  2. Select Launch Page Designer from the Design menu.
  3. If necessary, from the You are editing list, select the page that contains the Event Calendar you want to edit.
  4. Open the Event Calendar by double clicking it.
  5. Click the X on the event you want to remove.
  6. Click OK to confirm.
  7. Click OK again to close the Event Calendar window.
