If you have all or one of our site builder products, you can change the template for your website, store, or blog from the Site Suite. You can select a template that you can use across all of your sites, or select different templates for each.

To Change Your Template

  1. Log in to any of your site builder accounts.
  2. In the Site Suite, go to the Templates tab.
  3. In the Template Options area, locate the template you want to use. To see more templates, click See More Templates and do the following:
    Category
Select a category that best describes the type of site you want to build.
    Navigation
Specify whether you want to view all templates, templates with horizontal navigation, or templates with vertical navigation.
    Templates that work with
Click the icon(s) that represent the product(s) for which you want to use the template, and then click Update. For example, if you want your website to match your shopping cart, select both Site and Store so only templates that work with both display.

NOTE: In the Available Templates area, change the color scheme of your template by clicking one of the color swatches next to the thumbnail of the template.

  4. Click the thumbnail of the template you want to use.
  5. To apply the template to one of your Site Builders, click the Apply button associated to the Site Builder whose template you want to change. If an Apply button does not display for a Site Builder, the selected template is not available for that Site Builder.

NOTE: For WebSite Tonight, you can click to Back up site before updating. This creates a backup that you can restore at a later date if you do not like the changes you made.

  6. (Optional) Click the Work on button associated with the Site Builder you want to work on.

NOTE: For WebSite Tonight and Quick Shopping Cart, your changes are not live until you publish your site. Quick Blogcast updates the template after clicking the Apply button.
