Attaching Files from Online File Folder When Scheduling Meetings

If you have a Calendar account, you can attach a file from your Online File Folder when you schedule a meeting.
NOTE: Your Online File Folder and Calendar accounts must be associated with the same email address to use this feature.
To Attach a File when Scheduling a Meeting
- Log in to Online File Folder.
- Locate and select the file(s) you want to send in an email.
NOTE: Select multiple files by pressing and holding the CTRL key, and then clicking individual file names you want to select.
- Right-click the file, and then select Schedule Meeting.
- In Calendar, continue the process of scheduling the meeting.
