Changing Your Online File Folder Password

If you forget your Online File Folder® password, you can change it in the Email Control Center.

To Reset Your Online File Folder Password

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Online File Folder.
  3. Click Launch next to the account you want to modify.
  4. Click the user name of the account you want to modify.
  5. In the Change Password and Confirm fields, enter a new password, and then click OK.

NOTE: Your password takes up to 30 minutes to change.
