Adding and Removing Connections on Go Daddy Support

You can add a Connection to other Go Daddy Support members. Connecting with another member lets you send them direct messages through Support. You can remove a connection at any time.

Members you connect with are added to the Connections list on your profile so you can easily locate them later.

To Add a Connection on Go Daddy Support

  1. Log in to Go Daddy Support.
  2. Click on the user name of the person with whom you want to connect.
  3. On their profile page, under Connect With, click Add Connection.

When the other person accepts your Connection Request, you are connected.

To Remove a Connection on Go Daddy Support

  1. Log in to Go Daddy Support.
  2. Click View Profile to go to your Support profile, and then click Connections.
  3. Locate the member from whom you want to remove the connection and click on their user name.
  4. On their profile page, under Connect With, click Remove Connection.

    NOTE: The connection is removed immediately.
