Setting Up Text Message Alerts

In The Domain Name Aftermarket (TDNAM), you can enable text messaging and specify the types of alerts you want to receive. You can receive the following alerts:
- Auction Bid expires in one hour - Notifies you when an auction you're bidding on is about to expire.
- Outbid Notification - Notifies you when you've been outbid.
- Auction Watching expires in one hour - Notifies you that an auction you're watching is about to expire.
To Edit Your User Account
- Log in to TDNAM. Your Account Manager displays.
- Click Auctions.
- Click My Settings.
- Click Preferences.
- Select Enable My SMS.
- Complete the following fields:
- My SMS Number/Provider
- Enter the number you want to use to receive text messages and specify the provider's name.
- My SMS Address
- Enter or edit the text message address.
- My SMS Messages
- Select the types of alerts you want to receive.
- Click Save.
