When you find a domain you're interested in purchasing on The Domain Name Aftermarket (TDNAM), you can place a bid for the domain. You can search for domains or browse through the TDNAM site. For more information, see Searching for Domains or Browsing The Domain Name Aftermarket Inventory .

NOTE: You must have a TDNAM membership to bid on or submit an offer for a domain. If you do not have a membership, when you place your bid, TDNAM may add the cost of a one-year membership to your purchase.

If you win the auction or the seller accepts your offer, you're responsible for submitting the domain payment, and in some cases, the cost of a one-year renewal. Your purchase price will never exceed the maximum amount you bid plus the one-year renewal fee, if applicable. If we include a renewal fee to the purchase, an acknowledgment checkbox displays on the bid confirmation screen. TDNAM facilitates the transfer or change of account of the domain. For more information about moving the domain, see Understanding the Difference Between Transferring Domains and Changing Account Ownership.

NOTE: Some domains have a minimum bidding requirement, which you can view when placing your bid.
