You can submit offers or counter offers for domains listed for Offer/Counter Offer on The Domain Name Aftermarket (TDNAM), even if your offer is below asking price. The seller decides whether to accept the offer or send a counter offer. The listing closes when you or the seller accepts an offer. There is no obligation to accept an offer.

We recommend you review your offers daily and respond within 48 hours, while offers are binding. You can accept, counter, or decline any offers listed as Offer/Counter Offer.
