You can list your domain on The Domain Name Aftermarket (TDNAM) as an Offer/Counter Offer or Offer/Counter Offer with Buy Now auction type.

With an Offer/Counter Offer listing, you set the price for the domain. Interested buyers can submit an offer for the domain, even if it's below asking price. You decide whether to accept the offer or send a counter offer. Listings don't close until you accept an offer or the buyer accepts a counter offer. There is no obligation to to accept offers or counter offers.

With an Offer/Counter Offer with Buy Now listing, you set the Buy Now price. A buyer can accept the Buy Now price and close the sale or offer a lower amount. There are no obligations for accepting offers. If the buyer's offer is unacceptable, you can submit a counter offer.

We recommend you review your offers daily and respond within 48 hours, while offers are binding. You can accept, counter, or decline any offers listed as Offer/Counter Offer.
