In Express Email Marketing®, a disabled status indicates the last campaign mailing to the subscriber's email address encountered a soft bounce. To include the subscriber in email campaigns, you must change the subscriber's status to Active.

Subscribers are removed from the list database when your email encounters a hard bounce. To include the subscriber in future email campaigns, you must use the List Import feature to add the subscriber to your list. The subscriber can also sign up to receive email campaigns by completing the sign-up form on your website.
