Viewing Product Sales Reports

Similar to customer sales reports, product sales reports show you which customers are purchasing, and how much they're spending. You can narrow it down by product type, customer type, and order type, and also compare the figures to a previous sales period.

To View Product Sales Reports

  1. Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
  2. From the My Reports menu, select Products Sales Report.
  3. Under Current Sales Period, in the Start field, enter the starting date for your report. (If necessary, click the Calendar icon to open a separate popup window with a calendar, then select the starting date.)
  4. Under Current Sales Period, in the End field, enter the ending date for your report. (If necessary, click the Calendar icon to open a separate popup window with a calendar, then select the ending date.)
  5. To compare one sales period with another, in the Start and End fields under the Previous Sales Period heading, enter a different set of starting and ending dates.
  6. To add a filter to the report, select from one or more of the following filter options:
    • Product Type
    • Customer Type
    • Order Type
  7. Click Go.
