Printing Events

You can print your calendar, event list, and event details from Web-Based Email as necessary.

The following sections show you how to print Calendar events in different versions of Web-Based Email.

Email Legacy Version

To Print Your Calendar or Event List

  1. Click the Calendar button.
  2. Click the tab that contains the view you want to print.
  3. Click the Print button (located between the Previous and Next hyperlinks).
  4. If necessary, specify the options you want to use, and then click Print.

To Print Event Details

  1. Click the Calendar button.
  2. Click the tab that contains the event you want to print.
  3. Click the name of the event you want to print.
  4. Click the Print button.
  5. If necessary, specify the options you want to use, and then click Print.

Email Version 5.0

To Print Your Calendar or Event List

  1. Go to the Calendar tab.
  2. Click the tab that contains the view you want to print.
  3. Click the Print hyperlink (located beside the Previous and Next arrows).
  4. If necessary, specify the options you want to use, and then click Print.
