Deleting Recurring Events

Through Web-Based Email's calendar feature, you can delete recurring events at any time.

The following sections show you how to delete recurring events in different versions of Web-Based Email.

Email Legacy Version

To Delete a Recurring Event

  1. Click Calendar.
  2. Locate and click the event you want to delete.
  3. Specify whether you want to delete the entire group of recurring events or only the event you selected.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. To confirm the deletion, click OK.

Email Version 5.0

To Delete a Recurring Event

  1. Go to the Calendar tab.
  2. If necessary, expand your list of calendars by clicking Calendars.
  3. If necessary, enable the calendar that contains the event you want to delete by clicking the disabled calendar name. Disabled calendars display as a red icon.
  4. Click the event you want to delete.
  5. Click Edit Event.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. Click Delete again.
  8. If necessary, expand your list of calendars by clicking Calendars.
  9. If necessary, enable the calendar that contains the event you want to delete by clicking the disabled calendar name. Disabled calendars display as a red icon.
  10. Click the event you want to delete.
  11. Click Edit Event.
  12. Click Delete.
  13. Click Delete again.
