When composing email messages, you can use the Web-Based Email Address Book to send the message to a distribution list.
To Send an Email Message Using a Distribution List
- From the Address Book menu, click Distribution Lists.
- Use the checkbox to select the distribution list that contains the contacts to which you want to send a message.
- Click the Email button.
- Compose your email message.
