Here's the Lowdown: If you want to move a domain from one account with us to another, you are in the right place to get started - it's called an Account Change. If you need to move a domain to a different registrar, see Transferring Domains to Another Registrar.

This procedure is the first step in the domain move process between accounts with us. Once you finish these steps, the owner of the receiving account will get an email with instructions for confirming the move.

NOTE: The domain move must be confirmed within 10 days. After that time, the transaction times out and must be re-initiated through this process. For details on confirming a domain move, see Accepting a Domain Into Your Account.
