Sending and Viewing Messages to the Dream Design Team

With the Design Manager, you can send a message to the Design Specialist working on your Dream Design Team® project. You can also view your message history. If your Design Specialist sends you a message, it is important that you respond quickly to ensure that your project is completed according to schedule.

To Send a Message to Your Design Specialist

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Dream Web Design. A list displays if you have multiple projects.
  3. Click Launch next to the account you want to work with.
  4. If you have multiple accounts, a list displays. Select the account you want to use.
  5. From the Design Manager home page, click the Messages tab.
  6. In the Leave a message area, go to the Message field, and then enter a message for your designer.
  7. Click Send.

To View Your Message History

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Dream Web Design. A list displays if you have multiple projects.
  3. Click Launch next to the account you want to work with.
  4. If you have multiple accounts, a list displays. Select the account you want to use.
  5. From the Design Manager home page, click the Messages tab.
  6. In the Messages section, click (+) to open a message.
