Approving Your Logo

When your logo design is complete, you need to approve the design before receiving a final, high-resolution copy.

To Approve Your Logo

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From My Products, select Logo Design.
  3. Click Launch next to the account you want to use.
  4. A list displays if you have multiple accounts. If necessary, select the account you want to use.
  5. From the Design Manager home page, go to the Files tab.
  6. Click the link that contains your logo approval form. The form is a .jpg file.
  7. Print the form.
  8. To approve the logo, sign the printed form and fax it to (480)247-4073. You can also scan your printed form and send it as a .jpg file to your designer by using the Design Manager. For information about sending files to your designer, see How do I send files to the design specialist?

When your approval is received, your designer will send you the completed logo in a high-resolution format.

To Receive Your Completed Logo

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From My Products, select Logo Design.
  3. Click Launch next to the account you want to work use.
  4. From the Design Manager home page, go to the Files tab. Your completed logo files are displayed in the Files section.
  5. Click on the completed logo files to download them to your computer.
