Getting Support on Your Go Daddy Marketplace Order

Here's the Lowdown: You may have questions about your order or an item that you purchased in Go Daddy Marketplace®, so here are some guidelines for resolving issues.

Go Daddy's Role

Go Daddy provides a safe and secure premier shopping destination, where you can purchase a variety of merchandise. Go Daddy Marketplace provides easy-to-use search options, SSL security, privacy, and fraud protection. While we ensure that vendors agree to our policies, they are independent sellers and we cannot act on behalf of them.

Go Daddy's support team will only assist in the use of the Go Daddy Marketplace including, account login, search options, order history, how to purchase, and fraud or legal complaints. All other issues should be directed to the independent vendor.

Order Disputes

The sales agreement is between you and the vendor, so they are best equipped to handle any issues that you have with your order. Therefore, if you do have a problem, contacting the vendor directly is the best course of action for a swift resolution. Contact the vendor directly through the email address or phone number on the vendor information page. When you contact the vendor, make sure you:

  • Have the order details, including the order number, item description(s), and quantity.
  • Clearly state the problem and possible solutions in a positive manner.
  • Maintain the level of professionalism that you expect in return.

Out-of-Stock Orders

Vendors are encouraged to keep stock records up-to-date, but it is possible for the availability of an item to change during order processing. If you order an out-of-stock item, contact the vendor for a prompt refund or a time frame for availability, if you want to wait.

Missing Orders

If you ordered an item and have not received it by the estimated delivery date, contact the vendor for tracking details or additional information. All vendors agree to the Marketplace policies, and are responsible for correcting errors relating to lost or damaged items, and other problems.

Invalid Seller Contact Information

If a seller's contact information is invalid, please report it to Customer Support. While they cannot help with your order problems, they will attempt to contact the vendor, and, in most cases, correct the information and have the vendor contact you.
