The following help applies to the GoDaddy.com Mobile application for iPhone® and iPod touch®. Click here to download and install the application.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it through GoDaddy.com Mobile.
To Reset Your Password on GoDaddy.com Mobile
- Tap Login from the Go Daddy Mobile home screen.
- Tap Reset Password.
- Enter your Go Daddy customer number and email address.
- Enter the security access code, then tap Continue.
An email with a link to reset your password will be on its way to your account on file shortly.
NOTE: The authorization code is only valid for 2 hours from the time it was sent. If the authorization code expires, or if you use it and the reset fails, you can obtain a new code to attempt to reset your password again.
